About me

I'm a PhD Student of Meteorology and Physical Oceanography under the supervision of Dr. William Johns at Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences (RSMAS), Miami, US. My research interests include, but are not limited to: How energy, mass and other water properties are transported and modified by large and mesoscale processes, Deep ocean circulation, dynamics and variability of the MOC.

Education

I got my BSc. and MSc. degrees in oceanography from University of Sao Paulo (USP), Brazil. During that time, I joined Dr. Ilson Silveira's research group, the Ocean Dynamics Laboratory, where we conducted studies about the Brazil Current dynamics. 2018 Ocean Sciences Meeting

The 2018 Ocean Sciences Meeting will be held 11-16 February 2018 at the Oregon Convention Center, located at 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland, OR 97232. Cosponsored by AGU, ASLO, and TOS, the Ocean Sciences Meeting will consist of a diverse program covering topics in all areas of the ocean sciences discipline.

2017 Fall Meeting

With nearly 24,000 attendees, AGU Fall Meeting is the largest Earth and space science meeting in the world. Now in its 49th year, AGU Fall Meeting is the best place to present your research; hear about the latest discoveries, trends, and challenges in the field; and network and make connections that can enhance your career.
